In anciant times when people not invented letters and documetation methods as it is now,they kept and preserved their knowledges achived from their experiences and relayed to generations in the forms of folklore songs,proverbs,stories and popular sayings. Sometimes Astronomy might be the first knoledge which man utilised in their life.Primitive men used the knowledge of celestial objects to find directions,to tell time, to calculate ages and to forcast weather for cultivation.
